INTRODUCE YOUR BRAND
Welcome to For Better Relationship Therapy
Every relationship is different, and we're here to help all kinds of intimate relationships. We provide support for couples, ethically non-monogamous relationships, and polycules.
Our couples or marriage therapy helps you work through tough times, improve communication, and strengthen your bonds.
Open relationships require trust and good communication. Our therapists guide individuals and couples in setting boundaries, managing emotions, and addressing concerns in ethical non-monogamous relationships to prioritise emotional well-being.
For polycules, we offer a judgment-free space to address unique challenges. Our therapists help with jealousy, communication issues, and individual needs to promote understanding and harmony.
At For Better, we aim to empower you to build respectful and loving connections, no matter what your relationship looks like. With the right support and communication, every relationship can thrive.
Sessions
Working Towards Change: Embracing the 1:45 Session Approach
For Better schedules 1 hour and 45-minute therapy sessions to more effectively meet clients' needs. This focused timeframe allows for deep, productive work, addressing hidden issues, increasing self-awareness, and developing coping strategies. Twice-weekly sessions are recommended at the start for consistent, strong progress and support. We understand this may be challenging to schedule, but the results are worth it.

The Gottman research shows that there is benefit to engaging in therapy for two years, but with frequent sessions to start with and then as large as 6-monthly gaps between sessions later. -
Nothing really, except that the evolving terms reflect the evolving recognition of the nature of relationships. We now recognise that some intimate relationships involve more than two people, so relationship therapy is a term that includes these relationships, not just married people, and not just couples.
And, sometimes, non-romantic relationships need help too. -
Absolutely!! We love all love!
