Belinda Greig

As a specialist relationship therapist, I am dedicated to helping all intimate relationships thrive. Whether you're seeking support for communication, trust, or intimacy, I am here to guide you on your journey. We will build on your strengths, and work through your challenges.

Relationship therapy is not the same as individual therapy, and requires specialist training. It is important that you feel that your relationship therapist doesn’t take sides. You will not leave a session at For Better having spent a whole session arguing, being lectured to, or hearing about my life. With the longer session format, you also won’t leave feeling like you were finally getting into something good and time was up.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to counselling, drawing heaving from attachment theory, and systems theory, and using tools from the Gottmans, EFT,

I am experienced at working cross-culturally, and work to ensure the therapy room is culturally safe. I welcome all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. All relationship constellations are welcome in therapy. As a parent, I am passionate about helping clients work through the complexities parenting may bring to relationships.

I am passionate about relationships, so have specialised in relationship therapy.
